Spa at Ye Olde Bell’s prize draw is to win one pair of tickets to T-Fest Festival taking place in TickHill on Saturday 28th September.
The prize draw is promoted by the Spa at Ye Olde Bell, Barnby Moor, Retford, Nottinghamshire DN22 8QS
Entrants must follow Spa at Ye Olde Bell’s Instagram or Facebook page and tag a friend who they’d like to go to the festival with. Over 18s only are allowed to enter and only one entry per household is admissible.
By entering this prize draw, entrants are indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The closing date to enter the prize draw is Sunday 15th September 2019. Winners will be picked at random and will be announced on the Spa at Ye Olde Bell social media channels within seven days of the closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not acknowledge the prize within seven days we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize or amend the rules of the prize draw at any time if necessary.
Employees of Spa at Ye Olde Bell, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Spa at Ye Olde Bell, Barnby Moor, Retford, Nottinghamshire DN22 8QS
