Our hotel and spa are now fully open. For those staying in the hotel or using the spa we have Covid-19 Secure protocols in place to keep all guests safe and happy. We ask you are mindful of these and other people's feelings when you come to stay or use the spa.

What are your reopening cancellation policies?
Please contact us to discuss your options, including moving your booking to a later date if required. Any cases of cancellation due to “Disinclination to travel” will be subject to our cancellation policies. Please view our FAQs for details of our cancellation policies for the Hotel and Spa.
