Afternoon Spa Prize Draw Ts and Cs

Spa at Ye Olde Bell prize draw is to win a free Afternoon Spa for two people at Ye Olde Bell Spa. 

The prize draw is promoted by Ye Olde Bell Hotel & Spa, Barnby Moor, Retford, Nottinghamshire, DN22 8QS. 

Entrants must post a picture on the prize draw launch post on Spa at Ye Olde Bell Hotel's Facebook page or to post a picture tagged with the hashtag #yeoldebellprizedraw on Instagram. Over 18s only are allowed to enter. 

By entering this prize draw, entrants are indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The closing date to enter the prize draw is Sunday 21st February 2021. Winner will be picked at random and will be contacted by email within seven days of the closing date. The Afternoon Spa For Two is worth £130 and will be valid for 12 months after our opening date. Pre booking is essential and the Afternoon Spa is subject to availability.

If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or does not acknowledge the prize within seven days we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize or amend the rules of the prize draw at any time if necessary.

Employees of Ye Olde Bell, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Ye Olde Bell Hotel & Spa, Barnby Moor, Retford, Nottinghamshire, DN22 8QS.
