Wine and Dine
Barnby Moor sits very neatly on the border of three counties, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, all of which contribute hugely to the British Table ~ the Bramley apple, Stilton cheese, Lincolnshire sausage, spring vegetables, prime beef and Yorkshire Pudding.
Our menus draw from the region’s rural heritage and our brigade concentrates on using quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods producing many classical and much-loved national dishes ~ our puddings are quite renowned! With so many farmers on the doorstep, anything other than locally sourced seasonal produce just doesn’t cut the mustard!
The St Leger bar with its log fire and racing memorabilia is a relaxing place where a little local banter over a hand-pulled Yorkshire ale can be enjoyed. Guests can choose either bistro-style dining in the St Leger or alternatively elegant dining in the oak-panelled 1650 Restaurant.
