Civil Ceremonies & Civil Partnerships
All our suites are fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies with the largest of them seating up to 250 guests. We are delighted to also offer our wonderfully romantic Oak Pavilion in the hotel gardens, which provides a unique setting for a spring or summer wedding.

All charges are subject to the wedding reception being held at the hotel ~ other rates will be quoted upon request.
Organising the Formalities
Once you have confirmed a provisional date with us for your ceremony, you will need to book the Registrar before confirming with us. The Retford Superintendent Registrar can be contacted on 01777 708631 and you will be required to pay their fees direct to them.
